"Undecided" voters

The trend in debate coverage this year is to have a roomful of undecided voters who watch the debates and weigh in on whether they've been converted so far.

I was driving home late last night around midnight and looking for some sort of debate analysis on Sirius. FoxNews was the only network that wasn't replaying the debate or in commercial.

They kick it over to their undecided voters, whom they've gathered at the Anheuser-Busch brewery in St. Louis (probably with the intention of getting them liquored up).

The question is asked: "After tonight, is there any doubt Palin is qualified?"

YES! YES! YES! The room registers a resounding yes. I can't help but smile, despite my disgust. It's bullshit journalism, but at least it's transparent.

Except for one guy, far, far away from a microphone - presumably in the back of the room - shouting "No! She's not! No!"

Suffice to say, the reporter in the room didn't seek him out to elaborate on his opinion.
